Community Partnerships
The Junior League of Prince George’s County (JLPGC) Strategic Plan places emphasis on community and service. We believe a strong sense of community is essential to human well-being. Living the value of community provides a foundation of inclusion, which allows us to make a greater impact on the world around us. Additionally, We believe it is through service that we build core relationships with others. Service is the lens through which we decide how we will invest our time and resources. JLPGC is a proud Healthy People 2030 Champion. This partnership is a part of the United States Department of Health and Human Services’ vision, which is to improve health and well-being on the local, state, and tribal levels.
